You put in crap, it’s gonna show

& more importantly you're gonna feel it!

For centuries foods have been used to maintain/stabilize and cure our bodies. in today's world technology and availability has spoiled us, we’ve become lazy ( disregarding Asia lol my opinion). We entrust big corporations with our clean bill of health and OF COURSE! they have capital in mind. these Big business serve us up a hefty plate of sciences finest; genetically modified foods cloned meats etc...These processed GMO, low variety foods many of us not even aware of, but eat regularly- may be convenient and tasty, but they compromise our health severely.

Be cognizant of what you’re putting in

your body and educate those around you.

Managing a balanced diet along with proper herbs & spices aids your body in conserving homeostasis (maintain internal stability).
