He checked into the ER due to a stomachache only to find an abdominal aneurysm which popped taking his life. Afterwards i ask a lot of my friends about their personal health most haven't seen a doctor in years. WE GOTTA CHANGE!

Hop off the scales! Weighing yourself daily won't help you spot any changes before your clothes become too tight or even too loose not to mention drive you nuts😂. Learn About BMI and educate yourself on your body! Especially if you’re weight training; muscle weighs more than fat!!! •The mirror is your friend! - Red eyes? bags under your eyes? You probably need more sleep​

Good news! Sleep is cheap😂 don’t go running to plastic surgery take your ass to bed, and it’s better for you, so keep your💰bag!! No pun intended

•Check your pee ​

​Take a look in the toilet. If your pee is dark colored chances are you aren’t getting enough water. Don’t wait to hydrate! Up your water intake you may wanna consider adding electrolytes.

You know where those nasty bumps can occur. Feel yourself regularly and don't be ashamed to show your doctor anything you find questionable, should’ve wrapped it up😂😂😂

•Spots & Sores- Excuse me for reminding you that sexually transmitted diseases are on the up. Young or old, cautious or bold, be aware of the risks and seek help YOU'VE BEEN TOLD. BARS🤣

•Read the fine print

Any small print will suffice. If it's difficult to read, you might need glasses SEE A DOCTOR.

•PULSE CHECK AISLE 4

Life's a party blow up a balloon- No really don’t wait for a party to blow up balloons. Try challenging your friends family etc and see who has the most wind power. If it's tougher than you thought, may wanna consult your physician.

Smell your own breath- If it's not as nice as you'd like, your teeth or gums might be the problem. Consider a visit to the dentist.
