THIS GREEN SMOOTHIE IS THE UNIVERSAL GROUND FLOOR, THE BUILDING BLOCKS TO CREATE ANY DRINK TO FIT YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS depending on your goals

ALSO GOING TO BE SHARING A PROTEIN PACKED PORRIDGE POST WORKOUT I FREQUENT, ITS TASTY & JAMMED OF NUTRIENTS SCROLL DOWN

MY INTERMITTENT FASTING HAS BEEN GOING WELL! DISCIPLINING both MY MIND🧠 & STUBBORN DIABETES💉

INITIALLY it WAS HARD TO HOLD OFF MY MEALS Til 12PM, hell actually fighting off those craves BUT IT'S SECOND NATURE AT THIS POINT. I'm becoming a pro lol.

during the fast times I ONLY CONSUME WATER AND THESE GEMS TIL I FEAST.

  • 1 TBSP BLACK SEED OIL

  • 1 TBSP WOOD ROOT TONIC

  • 1 TBSP LIQUID CHLOROPHYLL IN 12 OUNCES WATER

  • 1 SCOOP WHEAT GRASS IN 12 OUNCES WATER

OK LETS GET TO THE DRINK BEFORE I FORGET🤣

E4YL GREEN SMOOTHIE

  • KALE

  • CELERY

  • KIWI

  • GINGER

  • SPINACH

  • GREEN APPLE

protein hemp heart porridge GRAIN FREE !

  • 1 cup milk- i use toasted coconut/almond

  • ½ cup Hemp Hearts

  • 2 tbsp ground flax seed

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • ¾ TSP pure vanilla extract

  • ½ TSP ground cinnamon

  • 1  tsp TURMERIC

  • topping option? i used a cinn stick and nut mix

  • PUT EVERYTHING but the toppings IN a small pan. Stir until combined, then heat over medium heat, just until it begins to boil lightly. No need to cover, DON'T WANNA BURN THE BOTTOM.

  • Once bubbling lightly, stir once over and leave to cook for another 1-2 minutes.

  • Remove from the heat, stir in crushed almonds, and drop into a bowl. Top with toppings and ENJOY.
