As of early April18’ I’ve been experimenting w/ fasting and I’ve been EXPERIENCING the food blues
These are tips that HAVE been helping me along the way. you don’t necessarily have to be fasting to use these either🙌🏾
Make A Plan
“When you fail to plan, you plan to fail” CLICHE HUH🤣
Eat plenty of protein & fats
"HEALTHY FATS"
-high protein and fat ARE digested more slowly than OTHER foods curbing hunger craves
Fats like nuts help you hold out as well but eat them before hunger strikes or you’ll possibly eat a couple of servings BEFORE WITNESSING THE AFFECTS
include fiber & plenty veggies in your meals -KNOWN AS HIGH VOLUME FOODS THEY ADD BULK TO YOUR MEALS NOT TO MENTION VITAMINS MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO NOT ENJOY YOUR MEAL OR FEEL UNFULFILLED WHILE PROVIDING GUT HEALTH
make sure you’re hydrated throughout the day
-GUYS! WATER TO OUR BODIES IS LIKE GAS TO OUR CARS
IM SURE YOU AREN'T DRIVING LONG TRIPS ON E
NOR PUTTING 87 REGULAR GAS IN YOUR BMW
DON'T SELL YOUR BODY SHORT, IT IS YOUR LAMBORGHINI, SERVICE IT LIKE ONE
Get ample sleep & stay occupied- half the time we eat recklessly is due to boredom or fatigue mostly boredom unfortunately
"STRESS FREE"
TO REFER BACK TO BIO A&P STRESS SENDS YOUR HYPOTHALAMUS ON AN EMOTIONAL ROLLERCOASTER TRANSMITTING BAD SIGNALS TO YOUR BODY, HUNGER BEING ONE
Don’t keep junk food around, even the most disciplined can relapse and go on a binge eating spree

WATER! no sporty drinks packed with sugar and sugar clones
"I.E HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP"
You guys SHOULD know BY NOW how much i dislike this chemical
now everything's labeled GMO FREE no "HFCS" like why were you giving it to us to begin with. It confuses your brain making you feel as if you need more or don’t have enough inducing craves
SOME OTHER SUGAR CREEPER FOR MY FELLOW DIABETICS
Keep PLENTY whole fruits available
Don’t lose your mind if you began to grow hungry, its natural but don't go overboard
if you are consuming caffeine have a good cut off time A CURFEW IF MUST- to avoid future craves AND EARLY CRASHES

This is best executed if you keep a log and document EVERYTHING
Track your progress
After two weeks assess your results
Are you seeing any progress? is it working? Weight loss, muscle growth BMI where you want it? Keep up the great work and continue GO HARDER
If not try something new switch it up
